Hello lovely — I’m Anastasia 🦋

the hands, heart and smile behind Alma & Seasons.

I live in Bristol — but my soul has Latin roots.
My family are Chilean, and growing up surrounded by South American culture has always shaped the way I see beauty, meaning, colour, rhythm… and the importance of keeping joy alive.

That’s why the word Alma (which means soul in Spanish) feels so special to me.
This business isn’t just a business — it’s a part of me.
And it’s also a tribute to my Granny, who passed away last October.
She always believed in me, she always told me I could make something of my creativity — she was my number one cheerleader — so a little piece of her lives inside this name too.

And then there’s Seasons 🌿
because everything I make — from bath, body and home care products — to my creative workshops — flows with the changing seasons.
Just like nature cycles… we do too.

so what do I do?

I make seasonal, handmade self-care products
(bath bombs, whipped soaps, wax melts, oils — and more!)
designed to nurture your body, senses + home with seasonal scents and textures.

I also run creative workshops — where we paint, make, craft, talk, relax, laugh…
and just take a moment to breathe and be present again.

People come to my workshops for fun, but they leave feeling calmer, lighter, reconnected — and that’s honestly my favourite part of all this.

My butterfly logo represents resilience — because even with damaged wings — butterflies still fly.
That is how I see women, mothers, and people everywhere — soft but strong, tired but still carrying on, cracked but still glowing.
