What I create
At Alma & Seasons, I create joyful self-care rituals designed to nurture your body, your senses, and your everyday moments.
Each piece is handmade in small batches and flows with the seasons — from bath and body treats to home rituals — all thoughtfully designed to feel indulgent, comforting, and quietly surprising. Calm on the outside, with little moments of delight revealed as you use them.
Alongside my products, I host creative workshops where we paint, make, talk, laugh, and slow down together. They’re a space to reconnect — with your creativity, your breath, and yourself — without pressure or perfection.
Everything I create is rooted in the belief that self-care isn’t a luxury. It’s a way of tending to yourself with joy, intention, and soul.

Alma means soul in Spanish — and this business is a reflection of mine.
I’m Anastasia, the hands and heart behind Alma & Seasons. Shaped by Latin roots, colour, rhythm and joy, and over ten years as a beauty therapist, I create rituals that are designed to help you feel cared for, seen, and gently held.
Inspired by the changing seasons — and by my Granny, who always believed in my creativity — everything here is made with intention, warmth and a touch of surprise.
Because we bloom differently in every season — and that deserves to be honoured.

My workshops begin calmly and unfold into joyful, hands-on making inspired by the seasons. We paint, craft, explore textures and colour, and create something beautiful to take home — all in a relaxed, welcoming space.
People often come for the creativity, but leave feeling lighter, calmer, and quietly uplifted.
